I build spaces where people can finally be honest about what they’re carrying and start to understand what’s actually happening underneath it.
My work lives at the intersection of mental health, identity, and human behavior, exploring how our experiences shape who we become, and what it takes to feel safe enough to change.
I’m the Founder of Safe Space Organization and co-founder of Root to Rise Retreats, where I’ve created environments for people to be seen, supported, and challenged in real time. I’m also a certified Eating Disorder Recovery Coach through the Carolyn Costin Institute, with a background in special education but more than anything, my work is shaped by lived experience and the process of doing this work myself.
In my Truthfully, Tracy podcast, I have honest, unfiltered conversations with a wide range of guests, unpacking the stories, patterns, and moments that shape how we think, feel, and show up in the world. It’s a space for real reflection, real truth, and real change.
After delivering my first TEDx Talk at Grand Canyon University on mental health in the workplace, my focus continues to expand, helping individuals and communities move beyond survival and into a more grounded, self-aware way of living.

“Truth-telling meets strategy. Every talk is designed to help people feel seen, heard, and empowered to lead from who they are.””
My mission is to create safe, supportive spaces where individuals can trust the process of personal growth and transformation. Whether through coaching, speaking, or within the Organization, I am dedicated to helping people embrace vulnerability, build self-worth, and foster authentic connections.
